PROFILEThis machine is hot sealing and hot cutting full automatic bag making machine for making T-shirt bag.

It works together with automatic air cylinder punching and conveyor system.

FEATURE1.Full automatic plastic film feeding, printing tracking, hot sealing and cutting, hot pin bag holding, bag counting, punching, conveying and waste collecting, etc.

2.The hot-sealing synchronize with the hot-cutting without any polling force and the sealed bottom be firm and beautiful.

3.Photocell for tracking the printed or not printed bags. Automatic alarm when tracking fail and stop. (double step motors, double photocells tracking is available)

4. There is a micro adjust wheel for adjusting the cutting place.

5. With Static electricity treating device, make the bags not fly.

6. Stacking part with hot pins for stacking the bags.

7. Catching arm adopts air cylinder control, chain feeding system to feed the bags to punching area.

8. Punching unit adopts famous brand air cylinders punching, punching board is rotating, can extend the boards life.

9. Sealing and cutting unit adopts microcomputer control, to set and show the speed, length, batch and quantity, etc; punching unit adopts PLC control system, to set the catching and punching time, etc.

10. Sealing and cutting unit and punching unit both adopt frequency inverter control, the bag making speed is adjustable.

11. Temperature controller is automatic double digital display controller.

12. All the connecting rods are using high quality bearing to connect, long working life and stable.

With “Point-to-cut” buttons, for easy machine adjusting.

13. Bag making control motor is step motor, high precision bag length setting. (servo motor for option too)

14. It has many automatic protection functions such as energy-saving, over-load, over voltage and overcorrect current, etc..
